We are looking for staff for the winter season in Ylläsjärvi. Our rental shop in Ylläsjärvi seeks 1–2 energetic and customer‑oriented workers for the winter season 2026–2027. Who are we? TunturiFlow is a rental shop operating in the village of Ylläsjärvi, aiming to make the nature and activities of Ylläs easily accessible for everyone. We offer a versatile selection of equipment year‑round – in the winter season our range includes snowmobiles, E-fat bikes, cross‑country ski equipment and snowshoes. From our rental desk you’ll have direct access to the stunning trails of Ylläs, and we serve our customers with a relaxed and knowledgeable approach. In the job you’ll serve tourists in the Lapland scenery. Your day will involve customer service and the versatile tasks of the rental shop – renting snowmobiles, bikes and other gear, guiding customers, and taking care of equipment. We hope you have: Finnish and English language skills are essential for the role; good customer service mindset and a proactive attitude; interest and preferably some experience with snowmobiles and bikes; initiative, reliability and readiness for varied tasks; ability to stay calm during busy periods. Experience with snowmobiles, bikes, equipment rental or guiding is an asset, as is other language skills. Previous experience in the field is not required – most important is a cheerful attitude, willingness to learn and readiness to tackle a variety of tasks.
