System Installer

Haeme Avarn Security’s security technology unit to hire a professional system installer or expert for maintenance team. The role mainly covers the Oulu region and Northern Finland. In a full-time, permanent position you will work on a variety of security technology maintenance, installation, and fault repair tasks. We offer interesting duties and the possibility to develop your skills quickly in our growing security technology unit. You will play an important role in ensuring the operation of our customers’ security systems. You will report to the maintenance supervisor. Core tasks for the maintenance technician include performing defined annual maintenance according to schedule, fault repairs, various modification and improvement works to security systems, installation tasks according to supervisor instructions, and reporting completed tasks to the supervisor. Requirements include a clean background and eligibility for a security clearance. You can work well in a team but also independently in the field. You need customer service skills and the ability to communicate solutions to customers. You should know about maintenance-related situations and handle challenges. You have at least 1 year of experience in installation, maintenance or commissioning of CCTV, access control or burglary protection systems. A security clearance will be conducted for selected applicants before employment begins. Education: suitable background could be electrical, electronics or ICT. Security training is an asset. Finnish and English language skills (spoken and written); Swedish is an asset. You should be able to use common MS Office tools and be familiar with measurement devices, computers and data networks. A B-class driver’s license is required.
