Instructor

We are seeking an instructor for a permanent, newly established position in Mäntsälä Koivisto. Koivisto is a 21-place round-the-clock housing unit intended primarily for people with demanding special needs related to the autism spectrum, mental health disorders or various psychosocial challenges. Customers need help in guiding daily life activities and participating in society's functions, which the instructors are there to support them in. Work is done in the homes of Koivisto residents. Koivisto is located near the center of Mäntsälä. You can easily get to Koivisto by Z-train or by car along road 4. Eligibility for the position: - Eligibility requirement is a vocational qualification in the social and health care field (practical nurse) or a previous vocational qualification of the school level in the field. Further information on the employment relationship and the clearances required for the position: - Permanent employment relationship (2 pieces) starting 1.9.2026 or by agreement. - The position-specific salary is 3071.42 e/month. We pay an addition based on work experience. - In immediate patient and customer work, vaccination protection required by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a report on respiratory tuberculosis according to Section 55 are required. - The selected person must present a criminal record extract referred to in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act when the work tasks are located in working with disabled people. - A probationary period is observed in the position. - Original study and work certificates are presented in connection with a possible interview.
