Waiter

We are seeking banquet waiters for freelance/shift-based work. You do not need to be an experienced professional in the restaurant industry, but you may work at large events requiring a fast, smooth, and cheerful approach. Duties may include serving meals from a buffet and maintaining the buffet area, tray service, pouring drinks, and keeping areas clean. You will work under pressure, so we expect you to perform with a positive and cheerful attitude even in busy or challenging situations. Requirements include: 18 years of age and fluent Finnish; friendly customer service mindset; hygiene certificate and genuine interest in high-quality customer service; ability to take initiative and work independently; quick and proactive work ethic; previous restaurant experience. We offer: hourly pay between €13.70–€15.04 in accordance with the Travel, Restaurant and Leisure Services Collective Labour Agreement; a friendly and skilled team; a dedicated Workerin contact person who is accessible to assist with all aspects of your employment.
