Practical Nurse

As a practical nurse, you will provide the best possible care to clients in their own homes. You will act as an expert in home care nursing and be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care. You can perform your duties without a car, as the walking distances from one client to another are short and our office is centrally located. What do we offer? What do we expect from you? You are a qualified practical nurse (social and health care) or a basic care nurse. Experience working in home care. A desire to learn new things, initiative, client-centricity, and good interpersonal skills are a good foundation for working in home care. You have completed the LOVe medication management online tests for practical nurses. It is also possible to complete the tests at the workplace at the start of employment. Start date is as agreed. The position is fixed-term until September 13, 2026. The probation period is half the length of the employment. Working hours are full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning and evening shifts. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, Paragraph 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the start of employment.
