In this versatile role you will participate in the production, assembly, installation and maintenance of plastic products for industrial use, such as tanks, reservoirs, machines and piping solutions. You will work as part of a skilled team in modern, clean production facilities using up-to-date tools and equipment, with occasional installation and maintenance visits to customer sites. Previous plastic industry experience is not required; suitable backgrounds include installers, auto mechanics, maintenance mechanics, machinists, woodworkers, or other technical professionals. The key is technical understanding, good manual skills, and a willingness to learn and perform high-quality work. Your tasks include: manufacturing, assembling and finishing plastic products; interpreting technical drawings and work documents; operating CNC machines and other production equipment as required; installation and maintenance work; participating in daily production as a team; occasional customer site visits. We value reading ability of technical drawings, good craftsmanship, practical approach, logical thinking, proactive and responsible attitude, fluent Finnish, with English as a plus, and a driving license (B). Experience with CNC machines, assembly, maintenance, welding or manufacturing is preferred. You can come from various technical backgrounds; attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
