Mobile Installer - Worker Itä-Suomi Oy

Do you enjoy working at heights and do you like hands-on work in varying environments? Do you want to build and maintain mobile networks as part of a professional team where no two workdays are exactly the same? We are seeking mobile installers for permanent positions in the Eastern Finland region for our client. In the role of a mobile installer, you will install and maintain mobile network equipment and work in masts, which are typically 50–100 meters high. We are looking for candidates particularly from the Lappeenranta, Kotka, and Mikkeli areas, although your location is not the most important factor. The work includes the installation and commissioning of antennas, cabling, and other network devices. You will work in masts installing antennas, modules, and cables, as well as performing network testing and measurements. Work sites may be located in urban areas as well as in more remote forest areas. The job also includes fault correction tasks and on-call maintenance assignments. The role requires willingness to travel, as work takes place at various regional sites and work weeks are often Mon–Thu or Mon–Fri. Workdays may occasionally extend, so success in the position requires flexibility and a positive attitude. Selected employees will be employed directly by the client and must pass a security clearance before starting work. You are a good fit for this job if you have: * Experience in electrical, telecommunications network technology, or other technical fields * Education as an electrical installer, network field education, or equivalent work experience * Willingness to work at heights and in masts * Willingness to travel * A good attitude toward occupational safety * Ability to obtain a mast work permit (good physical condition), if not already held * Flexibility regarding working hours It is a plus (but not mandatory) if you also have: * Previous experience in mobile network installation or maintenance work * Experience in the installation of antennas, cabling, or radio equipment * Experience in fault correction or on-call tasks Our client offers you: * A salary according to the collective agreement (TES) or better, paid on time.
