Production Worker

Neco Elements Oy is a comprehensive partner for construction companies, representing decades of experience in wooden element manufacturing. The company has a wooden element factory in Pyhänttä. Neco develops wooden element construction to be even smoother, higher quality, and more environmentally friendly. The company name Neco comes from the words Nordic Element Company, reflecting a commitment to Nordic quality. We are seeking production workers for our client Neco Elements Oy in Pyhänttä for permanent employment. As a production worker, you are an important part of the manufacturing process for elements and building modules. The tasks on the production line are diverse and are determined based on your skills and experience. The work is varied, physical, and hands-on. Depending on the task, work is performed in one or two shifts (morning shift Mon-Fri 6:00-14:30 and evening shift Mon-Thu 14:30-01:00). Work starts as soon as possible by agreement. You are suitable for this job if you have: * An energetic and motivated attitude and readiness for physical work * Experience in the production or construction industry, or other practical skills in building or renovation * A careful and systematic way of working * Good teamwork skills It is a plus (but not mandatory) if you also have: * First aid training * Occupational safety and hot work cards We offer you: * A salary according to the collective agreement (TES) or better, paid on time. In this position, your hourly wage will be between 12.50-13.00 euros, defined according to your skills and experience * Good work clothes and other necessary equipment for the job * A pleasant and relaxed work group * Permanent employment Interested?
