About the role We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer for Quant's Site in Västerås at ABB Machines. You will, among other things, work with: - Lifecycle management & criticality classification of machinery - System responsibility in our CMMS (IBM Maximo) - Conduct studies regarding the identification of productivity losses and perform root cause analyses to identify the losses. - Participate in improvement projects together with the customer and internal functions. - Optimize spare parts holding and develop maintenance schedules - Produce investment documentation for reinvestments and improvement measures. - Develop maintenance strategies and optimize preventive maintenance. - Follow and act on maintenance KPIs - Develop digitalization and predictive maintenance. You will become part of an experienced and close-knit team where we support each other and develop together. About you You have a university engineering degree in mechanical, automation engineering or equivalent, alternatively you have equivalent competence and experience that we assess as equivalent. You have good knowledge and familiarity with various production concepts as well as several years of experience from the manufacturing and/or process industry. As a person, you have great commitment and are driving in the tasks you perform. You enjoy making new contacts and seeing opportunities for improvements. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently but also the ability to collaborate and in a positive way create engagement in a group.
