Job Details

Responsibilities

Prepare and contribute to inspection and test plan development.
Perform spot inspections, coordinate non-conformities per approved ITPs.
Monitor installation quality; investigate NCRs; report findings.
Oversee welding quality control; manage quality documentation; supervise NDT tests and pressure tests; conduct required quality audits.
Act as QA/QC point of contact for equipment suppliers; support delivery control and nonconformity management.
Travel frequently to project sites; work primarily at project locations.

Requirements

Experience in practical quality assurance and quality control tasks in industrial projects (mechanical, piping, or electrical sectors preferred).
Strong experience in supplier quality management and delivery control; track record with ITPs and NCR handling.
Experience and certification in welding quality assurance, inspections and pressure testing.
Ability to work independently on QA/QC topics.
Technical educational background appropriate for the role; Finnish and English language skills sufficient for project work.
Preference for experience with large industrial, energy or other critical projects; NoBo inspections; ISO-based quality systems. PED, IWS/IWT/IWE qualifications are a plus.
