L&T Industrial Services Oy is seeking a foreman for its Kuopio unit to lead process cleaning and sewer maintenance work. Your duties include a wide range of supervisory tasks. In practice, you will lead your team in a confident and consistent manner. You will be responsible for the functioning of services in your area of responsibility, managing designated customer accounts, and developing the unit. Ensuring employee occupational safety is one of the most important parts of the role. You will also be responsible for administrative duties and the smooth running of daily operations in your area, including shift planning, purchasing, and processing purchase invoices. You may be the person we are looking for if you have a technical qualification and previous experience in supervisory work. Practical experience in industry is considered an advantage. Succeeding in the role requires a decisive and results-oriented approach as part of the unit's wider team, resilience under pressure, organisational skills, and a customer-focused service attitude.
