Construction helper

We are seeking motivated construction helpers for varied and interesting projects around the capital area. Your duties will adapt to the client and project phase and can include on traditional construction sites, infrastructure sites, or traffic control. Projects may last from a few days to several months, located mainly in Helsinki metropolitan area or its surrounding municipalities. You will work as part of a skilled team and may perform tasks such as: - Construction site helper tasks: moving materials, keeping the site clean, demolition work, assisting professionals - Infrastructure site helper tasks: assisting excavator operator and pipe installations and keeping the site tidy - Traffic control: ensuring safety of site traffic and pedestrians at road and street works - Working as part of a professional team. Requirements include: - Valid occupational safety card - Traffic safety card (Tieturva 1) required for infra and traffic control tasks (can be completed online for free) - Positive attitude and good teamwork - Initiative and careful work attitude - Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors in all weather - Punctuality and reliability - Proficient Finnish language - Experience with various construction duties and education in construction viewed as an asset.
