Ilmajoen Sähkökoje Oy is a growing and financially stable family-owned electrical center manufacturer based in Koskenkorva. Your job duties will be tailored to your skills, enabling your professional development. Would you be the new switchgear assembler for our team? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will work as a switchgear assembler in our production tasks. In your work, you will assemble various electrical and/or automation centers according to customer orders, circuit diagrams, and standards; process frame structures according to assembly drawings, as well as equip, wire, and finish the centers. In this role, the focus is particularly on automation centers. Your versatile duties will be built to match your skill level, allowing for new learning and professional growth. Work is performed on weekdays during day shifts, 40 h/week; as your expertise grows, our flexible working hours allow for the use of flexible schedules. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience, but will always be at least in accordance with the technology industry's collective agreement (TES). WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU We require previous experience in electrical or automation work and a suitable basic education (e.g., a degree in the electrical and automation field) or equivalent skills acquired through work. We also require the ability to read circuit diagrams for electrical and/or automation centers, and knowledge of switchgear structures (e.g., Rittal enclosures) is considered an advantage. The job requires good manual skills and a precise and careful working style. It is important to us that you are motivated and want to learn new things; you will receive comprehensive orientation in your duties. We also value initiative and a proactive attitude. Satisfactory Finnish language skills are sufficient if English language skills are at a good level. Interested?
