We are looking for a Production Finance Manager to take ownership of the studio’s project finances, budgeting, and cash flow visibility within an international VFX environment. Responsibilities include building, tracking, and forecasting project budgets; monitoring production profitability; cash flow forecasting and reporting; budget control for purchases, freelance costs, and resource allocation; supporting producers and management in budgeting and bidding processes; developing financial processes as the studio grows. Requirements include experience in project finance, controlling, or financial management; strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow, and profitability; ability to identify financial risks early; comfort working across numbers, productions, and people; fluent and natural English communication skills. Experience in media, VFX, animation, gaming, or other project-driven businesses is a strong advantage.
