Your role as an Early Childhood Education Teacher As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you are one of your team's pedagogical leaders and an inspiring enabler. You are responsible for the planning of your small group's activities and a high-quality ECEC process (vasu), utilizing Touhula's pedagogical century plan, Touhula Rytmi. The core of your duties includes: - Pedagogical leadership: You are responsible for your team's daily pedagogy, small group activities, and the construction of versatile and safe learning environments together with two other teachers. - Individual support: You plan and evaluate support measures for children in cooperation with multidisciplinary networks. - Customer experience: You are responsible for your team's high-quality customer communication and create a positive emotional atmosphere that reaches the families. - Team support: You develop a participatory feedback culture and support colleagues in pedagogical work by utilizing the team's strengths. The final salary is determined by years of work experience and a possible personal salary supplement based on special expertise.
