AutoGear Oy is a company specialized in transmissions and drivetrains. We perform maintenance, repairs, replacements and fault diagnostics of gearboxes. We are now looking to strengthen our professional team with a vehicle technician. As a vehicle technician you will work with a diverse range of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Your duties will include: gearbox removal and installation work; diagnosis and fault finding; clutch and drivetrain repairs; identifying faults and solving technical problems. You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise especially in drivetrain repairs, offering a path to develop your professional skills and gain valuable specialization. What we expect from you: auto industry education or hands-on experience; experience in vehicle maintenance and repair work; interest in technology and problem solving; careful and precise working style; initiative and responsibility; desire to learn and develop as a professional; previous gearbox experience is not mandatory – what matters is the right attitude, interest in technology and willingness to learn.
