The description below is a translation and elaboration of the Finnish content provided for a Finnish job posting, adapted for an English-speaking audience. Posti is Finland’s leading postal and logistics company, delivering messages, parcels and even meaning through digital and physical channels. We are building a diverse team from postal workers to digital business developers and AI specialists to advance Posti into the future. This is a dynamic call center role at Posti’s corporate and personal customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers across multiple channels—primarily by phone, but also via email and chat—and strive to create excellent customer interactions by understanding needs and offering the best solutions, using your strong interaction and problem-solving skills. The work is fast-paced, goal-oriented call center work with many different customer situations, not all of which follow a prepared script. You should be able to learn quickly, search for information from multiple sources, and make decisions even when the exact answer isnt readily available. Customer service quality, efficiency and customer experience are tracked by various metrics, so the role suits someone who enjoys a target-driven environment and is eager to continuously develop their own skills while combining high-quality service with efficient work. The position is suitable for someone who loves customer service, enjoys varied days and is eager and brave to encounter different people and situations. Strong stress tolerance, resilience and the ability to recover quickly are also valued. We offer a path to becoming a versatile customer service professional in an environment where learning is continuous. We will train you in all aspects toward world-class customer encounters. We are hiring multiple customer service representatives for the upcoming Christmas season for a fixed-term contract. The start date is 14 September 2026 and the contract runs until 31 December 2026. This is a full-time role (37.5 h/week). Customer service is open every day of the week, including weekends, from 6:00 to 20:00. During autumn and the approaching Christmas season, shifts are mainly from 8:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and 8:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays, but we expect readiness to work within the full opening hours. Our office is located in Helsinki Malmi, with good transport links. The pay for the role is 13.78 €/h. What we are looking for: you may be the right person if you have an outstanding service attitude and previous customer service experience across different service channels, especially phone support. Helping customers is your passion and your service mindset remains strong even in challenging situations. In this role you will use several different systems, so you should be comfortable using various information systems, electronic channels and applications. You will learn new systems and topics quickly, locate information from multiple sources and apply it to customer situations. You should be able to work autonomously and proactively, handle pressure well and be prepared to make quick decisions. Success in the role requires fluent Finnish and English. Swedish is considered an asset. If you are interested, please send your application as soon as possible, but no later than 19 August 2026. Our recruitment process begins with a Psycruit personality assessment for selected candidates; it takes about 10 minutes and you will receive feedback afterwards. The recruitment process is done in cooperation with Biisoni, with whom the employment relationship is also established. For more information about the role, contact Biisoni recruitment consultants Saija Salter (saija.salter@biisoni.fi) and Hannamari Ukkonen (hannamari.ukkonen@biisoni.fi).
