IT Support Specialist

The IT Helpdesk team is seeking an IT Support Specialist who takes initiative and is eager to learn new skills. The role supports the company and its employees in the efficient, safe, and productive use of technology in support of business goals. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Eligibility: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. Responsibilities include: installing hardware and peripheral components at user premises; loading software packages; verifying system operation; instructing team members on usage and maintenance; handling inquiries regarding systems; coordinating activities with other IT groups; referring major hardware problems to service personnel. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience in a multinational/global setting; professional demeanor; strong communication and collaboration skills; experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Windows maintenance; experience with Quantum ERP is a plus.
