
AI Development Intern / Thesis Worker

AI development internship position at Lujatalo. The intern will participate in the company's AI development together with business, IT and digital construction experts. The aim is to identify and evaluate new use cases for AI and AI agents and to develop operating models for implementation. Possible tasks include mapping AI agent use cases across different business areas, designing and building agent prototypes, leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other agent platforms, analyzing data sources and data warehouses for AI use, testing and documenting agents, and comparing internal and external implementation models. The internship may include a thesis on AI agent development processes in a construction company, examining how to develop AI agents in a corporate environment and when to do it internally vs. with external consultants. We offer a modern workplace and agile culture at Lujatalo, with opportunities to participate in AI and digitalisation projects and to combine thesis work with practical development. Work locations: Espoo or Kuopio, Finland. Remote arrangements are discussed separately. Start in early 2027 for about one year, full-time.
