Charge Nurse

The role is for a responsible nurse in Järvenpää Validia-talo, leading comprehensive nursing care, health promotion, and development of care plans. The nurse oversees medication planning and safety, guides and mentors staff, and participates in team meetings and unit development as part of a multidisciplinary team. The unit is a 24/7 residential facility with 32 residents with disabilities, injuries, or neurological conditions. The position is full-time with primarily weekday morning shifts. On offer are planned onboarding, professional support from a skilled team, salary under the private social services sector collective agreement (G26) depending on experience (2952.96 - 3331.25 €/month + shift allowances), employee benefits (epassi culture, sport and commute benefits, leisure accident insurance), and access to education and extended occupational health care. Requirements include a nursing or health visitor degree, registration with the Finnish authority JulkiTerhikki, vaccinations as required by law, a police background check, and fluent Finnish language skills.
