Machine Operator

We are looking for a motivated and proactive machine/tractor operator for a permanent position in the Pälkäne area for our client company. In this role, you will work with agriculture, road maintenance, and the care of outdoor areas of properties. The machines used in the work are mainly tractors, a wheel loader, and possibly a truck. Salary is based on skills and experience, at least 15 €/h. During the summer season, the work focuses on the maintenance of outdoor and lawn areas, which includes, for example, mowing lawns with ride-on/push mowers. Additionally, the duties include the installation of traffic signs. During the winter season, the work mainly consists of mechanical snow plowing and sanding of property yards, planned roads, and public roads. Maintenance tasks for machines and equipment are also part of the role year-round, if you have experience in them. We expect from you: - previous experience in driving a tractor - experience in snow plowing and sanding - a proactive and independent approach to work - good cooperation skills - a Class B driver's license and the possibility to use your own car Considered an advantage: - Class C driver's license - valid professional competence - machine maintenance skills Due to the seasonal nature of the work, flexibility in working hours is desired.
