Outokumpu is looking for an End User Services Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable IAM solutions. Purpose of the role: As an IAM Solution Architect, you will shape Outokumpu’s Identity and Access Management landscape, ensuring solutions meet business needs, security, compliance and zero trust principles. Key accountabilities include developing and maintaining IAM architecture and roadmaps, acting as an IAM SME, translating requirements, providing hands-on L2/L3 support, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Requirements include a B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS or related field, several years IAM/IGA experience, Entra ID and AD knowledge, SAP integrations, and fluent English. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IAM architecture, tools, technology selections, and roadmaps in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects
- Act as a subject matter expert for IAM solutions, providing guidance and support to IT, OT, and other business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions
- Provide hands-on L2/L3 operational support for IAM solutions when needed
- Ensure IAM solutions meet established cyber security, compliance, and zero trust standards
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging IAM technologies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology providers to provide technical direction and ensure effective service delivery
- Option for on-call if needed
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Several years of IAM/IGA experience with hands-on configuration and development in IAM services
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM experience is a plus
- Good understanding of cyber security, zero trust principles, integrations and enterprise environments such as SAP
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a benefit
