A home care nurse position in Oulu, Finland. We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented practical nurse for home care tasks in the Oulu region. Kotihoito Herttuatar is a new growing company in the area. Responsibilities include comprehensive care and support for elderly and other home-care clients in their own homes, such as basic care and assistance with daily activities, medication administration according to training and competence, maintaining client functional ability, collaboration with family members and other social and health care professionals, and documenting client records. Requirements include a practical nurse qualification, valid medication administration competences or willingness to obtain them, good communication skills, responsible and independent work attitude, and a B driver's license with own car (driving ability is considered an asset; possibility to work without a license also possible).
