WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PRACTICAL NURSE FOR HOME CARE IN THE OULU REGION Home care offers the opportunity to do individual and meaningful work where the client's well-being and quality of life are central. We are now looking for a practical nurse for home care in the Oulu region for a permanent position; working hours are negotiable. You can start immediately or by agreement. WHAT DOES HOME CARE WORK INCLUDE? Work in home care is versatile, independent, and people-oriented. You will work in clients' own homes and support them in functioning safely and as independently as possible in their daily lives. Your duties include, among others: * Basic care and daily assistance for the client * Medication management (according to expertise and permits) * Comprehensive health monitoring and measurements * Supporting the client's functional capacity, well-being, and safety Every workday in home care is different. You will be able to utilize your professional skills extensively and do work that has real significance in the clients' daily lives.
