Do you want to do meaningful work flexibly on your own schedule? Join the Onni team to provide client-focused, meaningful work as a personal assistant under a framework agreement. We are recruiting personal assistants for South Savo, Savonlinna, and Mikkeli. As a personal assistant you support clients in daily tasks and leisure activities. Clients need help due to illness or disability, and tasks are always defined by the individual client’s needs. The job may include home chores, errands, outdoor activities and other everyday support. We value applicants with experience assisting people on the autism spectrum. A driver’s license and access to a car are prerequisites for the role. What does a framework agreement mean at Onni? It enables gig-based work without a fixed hourly commitment. Shifts are offered via the DomaCare system, from which you can choose shifts that suit you best. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, as well as morning and evening shifts. Wages and other terms are determined in accordance with the Private Social Services Sector collective agreement. Before starting shifts you receive proper onboarding, and if needed support is available during the work. Employment is created for each scheduled and approved shift.

Requirements
- Friendly, responsible and reliable work ethic

- Proficient Finnish language skills
- Age of majority
- Desire to perform client-oriented and meaningful work
- Formal education in the field or previous experience not required; attitude and willingness to learn matter most
