Freelance HV Commissioning Engineer – Major Grid Infrastructure Project 📍 Beverwijk, Netherlands | Freelance | 12-Month Contract An experienced HV Commissioning Engineer is required to support the commissioning and energization of a major grid infrastructure project. You'll work alongside construction, OEM, and commissioning teams to deliver the safe testing and handover of high-voltage systems. Review commissioning documentation and resolve punch list items. Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe and timely project delivery. Maintain compliance with HV safety procedures and permit-to-work systems. Requirements: Experience commissioning HV substations or transmission projects (110kV+). Strong knowledge of protection systems, HV testing, and energization. Previous utility, transmission, or renewable energy project experience.
