Bitumen Insulator – diverse sites await a worker in Pirkanmaa Application period 23.07.2026 – 23.08.2026 Do you know bitumen roofing work and value a workplace where there is plenty of work and employees are taken care of? We are looking for an experienced bitumen insulator for our client for diverse new construction and renovation sites in the Pirkanmaa region. Full-time work is offered at the sites of a known and solvent roofing operator. Work can start immediately upon finding a suitable person. What does our client offer? - Full-time work (40 h/week) at least until late autumn - Opportunity to start work quickly - Diverse and varied work sites - Pay according to the Waterproofing sector's collective agreement (TES) - Hourly wage of approximately €19–20/h based on your experience and skills, plus piecework bonuses Job Description Your duties include bitumen insulation and waterproofing work in various sites in Pirkanmaa. The sites are diverse and varied, for example: - Halls and commercial properties - Residential apartment buildings - New construction and renovation sites Travel to sites is by own car. Working hours are mainly weekdays 7:00–15:30. During the hottest times of the summer season, work can also be done in evening or night shifts if desired. Requirements: - Experience in bitumen insulation work - Responsible work ethic - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why apply for this position?
