Production Worker

We are looking for Production Workers to join Nordic Lights’ factory in Jakobstad, Finland. We offer a permanent position with a variety of production tasks, comprehensive onboarding, and the opportunity to work in an international environment. As a Production Worker you will participate in the manufacture of high-quality work lights and driving lights. Your responsibilities include assembly of work- and driving lights, packing and shipping of products, and other diverse production tasks. Work is mainly conducted in a two-shift pattern from Monday to Friday, but depending on production needs night shifts may also be required. Prior experience in similar tasks is an advantage. We value mainly a motivated attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in production work. You will succeed in the role if you work carefully and responsibly, have a natural eye for precision and quality, enjoy practical hands-on work, cooperate smoothly as part of a team, have a positive and proactive attitude, and are interested in technology and learning new things.
