As an After-Sales Specialist, you play an important role in ensuring that our customers’ service experience continues to be high-quality after the sale. You will be responsible for the smooth running of daily after-sales operations and work closely with our stakeholders. Your duties include coordinating after-sales operations, customer service, reporting, process development, and monitoring the quality and profitability of operations. The role can be tailored according to your skills and experience. We expect you to have: A customer-oriented and solution-focused approach Good organisational and collaboration skills The ability to manage several matters and prioritise tasks An interest in the automotive sector and the after-sales operating environment Initiative, accuracy and a desire to develop operations Good IT skills and readiness to learn new systems Previous experience in the automotive sector or after-sales is considered a strong advantage, as is knowledge of liability for defects in car sales and the repair-shop sector.
