Construction cleaners for summer 2026 – apply now! We are looking for motivated and proactive construction cleaners for our clients' construction sites in the Tampere and Pirkanmaa region for summer 2026. Summer jobs in the construction sector are available to our client companies throughout the summer, so it is not too late to apply. Job tasks may include cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as general site cleanliness, trash collection, surface cleaning, and assisting with final cleaning tasks. Previous experience in construction or similar tasks is considered an advantage, but the most important qualities are a good attitude, reliability, and willingness to work. We hope from you: * An energetic and proactive work attitude. * Willingness to learn new skills in the construction sector. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a construction team. * Valid occupational safety card. * Ability to use a car is considered an advantage. Working hours in the construction sector are generally Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 15:30. Salary is based on the construction sector collective agreement, considering skills and previous experience, ranging from €12.60 to €14.20 per hour + collective agreement supplements. Work will start flexibly during the summer. We also provide all safety-compliant work equipment. Interested?
