Finance Manager

Finance Manager sought for a central role at Viking Malt. You will be the financial key person for the Danish organisation, responsible for daily financial operations and financial reporting, collaborating closely with Group Finance and international colleagues. You will be a sparring partner for the Danish leadership and work both operationally with accounting and contribute to process and workflow improvements. Reporting to the Supply Chain Controlling Director in Finland, you will oversee the Danish financial drift and act as go-to person for accounting and finance. You will be part of the Danish finance function together with the Business Accountant, with leadership responsibilities over the role. You will coordinate with colleagues across the international group and collaborate with Group Finance and other finance functions to ensure efficient financial processes. You will work closely with the Business Accountant and external auditor, and provide sparring to management and support business decisions and strategy. You will lead and develop the finance function and optimize workflows. HR assistance including assisting in drafting employment contracts and budgets; payroll for salaried staff and backup for hourly workers; ad hoc tasks.
