Childcare Worker

We are seeking a childcare worker for Iniö Kindergarten for the period 31.8.2026-31.7.2027. The position is located in an early childhood education unit, with the primary placement being Iniö Kindergarten. The work is part-time (60%) and may include evening shifts if necessary. Iniö Kindergarten is located in Fyren, sharing a building with the school and library. We work together for a sustainable and natural lifestyle. Different age groups in the building, from the youngest to the oldest, actively collaborate. We grow vegetables in our own garden and prepare food from them. We move in the local environment using our electric bikes, the Svartik, and the Fisksoppa rowing boat. The primary working language of the unit is Swedish, so a positive attitude towards the language is important. As an early childhood education childcare worker, you will maintain and plan pedagogical activities together with other team members and participate in maintaining the team's operational culture and educational atmosphere. The level salary for the position is €2,478.99 + possible additions according to KVTES, working time 60%. The probationary period is 6 months. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract within 30 days of receiving notification of the decision. Relevant study and work certificates should be attached to the application.
