Patria is an international defense and technology company with over 100 years of experience. The Sustainment Solutions business area is responsible for life-cycle support and software product sales, offerings, and deliveries, as well as strategic partnership with the Finnish Defence Forces and Patria's government business. We are looking for a proactive Project Quality Manager for vehicle life-cycle update and integration projects in Hämeenlinna. As a Project Quality Manager, you will operate as part of the project team and ensure the high-quality and smooth implementation of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team as well as experts in design, production, procurement, and quality assurance. You will communicate and guide internal teams and collaborate with external suppliers. Your duties include: - Ensuring high-quality and on-schedule implementation of the project as part of the project team - Defining project quality requirements together with stakeholders and creating a plan to achieve them - Communicating and reporting customer quality transparently throughout the project - Ensuring product delivery to customers according to the agreed process - Participating in internal and customer inspections, reviews, and audits - Handling quality problem reports, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing agreed corrective actions - Reporting project quality matters in the agreed manner (metrics, deviations, customer complaints, etc.) - Participating in the preparation of tenders for life-cycle update and integration projects Who are we looking for? A self-starter, collaborative, systematic person who is genuinely interested in quality, works accurately, and naturally takes responsibility for progress. You already have experience in tasks related to project or production quality and can work smoothly with different stakeholders.
