Sales Assistant

We are looking for energetic sales assistants for permanent 6–15h/week employment at the Järvenpää EUROSPAR store! In a grocery store, no two days are the same, which is why the work is so versatile! Your day is paced by incoming shipments, shelves and displays, and smooth customer service. The morning can start with displaying produce department products, the day continue at the checkout and include everything from unloading shipments to shelving, date monitoring, and running the daily operations and maintaining the quality of the store's various departments. In this job, you get to make a visible impact every day. A brisk approach, readiness for physical work and a desire to learn will take you far. We work with a good feeling, supporting each other and succeeding together. 🛒 What does the work practically involve? • Customer service at the checkout and in different departments of the store • Receiving, unloading and shelving shipments • Displaying products from the produce, bakery and other departments • Date monitoring and taking care of product quality • Ensuring the cleanliness, availability and functionality of the store ✨ You will succeed in this job if: • You enjoy fast-paced and physical work • You take action quickly and proactively • You want to learn new things and develop • You have a good customer service attitude • You like working as part of a team Previous experience from a store or fresh food is a plus, but the most important thing is the right attitude, good energy and a desire to learn!
