We are seeking a skilled project worker to join the Road project for a fixed-term employment from 1 September 2026 to 31 May 2027. The project worker will conduct individual and group client work, network collaboration, produce training materials for professionals and train them. The role works closely with the project manager as a pair. The Road project mainly operates at Silta-Valmennus Helsinki site on Annankatu and remote work. The project develops methods to prevent recidivism among foreigners with criminal backgrounds, supports clients in forming a crime-free identity, everyday management and engagement with basic public services. Key methods include sexual education and individualized service guidance. Travels include facilities around Helsinki metropolitan area; some work involves other prisons and community sanction offices. In the capital area some work is face-to-face and some via remote connection; elsewhere in Finland remote work is used. The project also trains and supports professionals in the corrections field who work with foreigners who have committed sexual offenses, including organizations and municipalities. The project is funded by the Ministry of Justice.

Requirements
- Higher education degree in social and health field (e.g., AMK social services or nursing)
- training in sexual health education/sex education/therapy
- expertise with target group and corrections system
- clean criminal record suitable for security check
- self-directed, proactive and development-oriented approach
- proficiency with basic digital tools
- good communication and teamwork skills
