Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for an energetic and proactive property maintenance worker for versatile property maintenance tasks for our client. In this role, you will ensure the daily functionality and general maintenance of properties and perform various service and upkeep tasks. Job Description The work includes versatile property maintenance tasks, such as outdoor area maintenance, small-scale repair and service work, and routine tasks related to the technical maintenance of properties. The role also includes, for example, changing filters, reading meters and reporting, and other tasks related to the daily maintenance of properties.
