Seinäjoen kaupungin kulttuuripalvelut is seeking a temporary Art Educator to join Louhimo Child Culture Center from 19 Oct 2026 to 30 Jun 2027. The educator will design and implement art workshops and cultural activities for children, youths and families and for various groups, primarily in schools and daycares and at cultural services events, mainly in Finnish with some English. The role includes contributing to cultural services event production and collaborating with a variety of networks. Requirements include a suitable cultural sector qualification and/or practical experience in art and culture education; experience in at least one art form is preferred (music and/or circus), willingness to apply applied arts methods to develop art education for diverse groups; driving license and access to own car; evening and weekend work, presence in Seinäjoki is required; 4-month probationary period at start. The position adheres to KVTES. The successful candidate must provide a health certificate and a police clearance with criminal background check as required by law before starting. Work hours: 36.25 h/week. Seinäjoki City is a smoke-free workplace. Interviews will be held on-site at Kalevan Navetta, 14.9. and 16.9. Changes to schedule possible.
