Would you like to work with us in the Tyks hospital services resource pool? Are you interested in working in General Medicine and rehabilitation ward services as well as the home hospital? Your role We are expanding the operation of our result group's resource pool, which ensures coverage for acute nurse absences across the Southwest Finland region. The wards and home hospitals belonging to the resource pool (a total of 17 wards and four regional home hospitals) operate in different service areas, and the resource pool enables work across municipal boundaries. We are now seeking more staff for the Eastern area in Salo. We are looking for registered nurses for permanent employment in our resource pool. Five different wards in the Salo area serve as home wards. Additionally, registered nurses also work in home hospitals. The movement of resource pool employees occurs according to bookings from their home ward within a radius of less than 50 km. The resource pool consists of practical nurses and registered nurses. The eligibility requirement is a legal qualification as a registered nurse in accordance with the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). We require good Finnish language skills and satisfactory Swedish language skills. Work experience from hospital ward and home hospital work is considered an advantage. Access to a private car is essential for performing the duties. Please note that we make selections already during the application process.
