Job Description
Kotirinki is a Finnish home care and cleaning chain established in 2002. We are in a strong growth phase, with a turnover of over 4 million euros in 2025. Our unique approach, guided by 14 staff members and a network of approximately 80 small entrepreneurs across more than 60 locations, makes us a partner in everyday well-being and a caring expert in home services. Would you like to support small entrepreneurs in their daily work? We are now seeking a Service Manager for the entrepreneur services team at Kotirinki's service center. Kotirinki connects entrepreneurs and customers with high-quality everyday services. Our mission is to make people's daily lives easier and enable entrepreneurs to operate smoothly and profitably. As a Service Manager, you will play a central role in supporting our entrepreneur network and ensuring the implementation of the business model in practice. Key responsibilities: Advising and guiding entrepreneurs in their daily work; Training entrepreneurs and guiding operations and quality according to our concept; Ensuring smooth customer and service experiences; Collaborating with the team to develop the concept, service delivery, and training. In your work, you will interact closely with entrepreneurs, acting as their sparring partner and ensuring the concept. Responsibilities will grow with your experience, and travel within Finland will be required. We expect from you: Experience in supervisory roles, service management, or coaching roles; Knowledge and understanding of home care / cleaning services; Social and health care qualification or other relevant degree; Good spoken and written Finnish skills and proficiency in English; Excellent communication skills and a supportive work attitude. Ability to work independently and organize your work. Additional experience in elderly care, training in cleaning, understanding of franchising entrepreneurship, and proficiency in Swedish are considered advantages.
