Stairwell Cleaner

We are looking for a CLEANER for our client sites in ESPOO! In this role, you will be responsible for the stairwell cleaning of residential properties in Kivenlahti, Espoo. You will clean the sites independently, and some properties are without elevators, which is why the task requires good basic physical fitness and previous cleaning experience. You will work on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00, with working hours of 7.5h/day and 37.5h/week. This employment contract is fixed-term until 31.12.2026, and work begins with orientation according to the agreement, no later than 1.9.2026. The position is paid at least according to salary group 2 of the Real Estate Services sector collective agreement, plus possible supplements. As of 1.8.2026, salary group 2 is €12.59/h.
