We are seeking a Procurement Planner for the financial management result area of the Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county, with the initial placement in the procurement and logistics unit. We are strengthening our procurement operations with a procurement planner who, together with other planners, is responsible for implementing the public procurement processes of the wellbeing services county. The procurement process is multidisciplinary, and you will often work in cooperation with healthcare representatives, technical services, and IT. Your role is to manage and coordinate the process to ensure it is completed on schedule. In this position, you must be familiar with the legislation applicable to the process and the internal guidelines followed within the organization. To succeed in this role, you need a customer-oriented and patient attitude, where interaction skills are key. You have an analytical, systematic, and independent way of working, as you will manage several procurements simultaneously. Success in the job requires the ability to collaborate with commissioners and within your own procurement team. We value previous experience in the public procurement process and knowledge of the related legislation. A genuine interest in public procurement is key to success in the role. Your significant work has an immediate impact on the organization's finances. The goal of procurement operations is to achieve functional and cost-effective results. Eligibility requirements: Suitable higher university degree. Good oral and written skills in both national languages of the country. A probationary period applies.
