We are looking for a PAYROLL SPECIALIST for our Rauma office to handle diverse payroll and financial administration tasks. In this position, you will work in a varied operating environment where, in addition to payroll routines, you will encounter various situations daily that require initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to react quickly to changing needs. The work is a permanent full-time job, where your workdays are challenged by diverse payroll and invoicing tasks of an internationalizing group company. What does your role include? The duties of a payroll specialist include, among others: payroll and related processes TES interpretations handling of working time and hour entries and interpretation authority notifications invoicing contact with personnel, supervisors and other stakeholders payroll-related guidance process development and participation in meetings What do we expect from you? financial administration education previous experience in payroll precise and responsible approach to work ability to manage several things simultaneously stress tolerance as well as a flexible, positive and happy attitude readiness to act in changing situations and react to them quickly will to learn new things and develop your own skills continuously enthuasiasm for payroll and financial administration tasks fluent Finnish and English language skills Considered an advantage: knowledge of collective agreements (TES) proficiency in the Mepco payroll system knowledge of the Procountor system To succeed in the position You are a customer-oriented, cooperative and proactive professional who enjoys both precision-demanding routine tasks and rapidly changing situations.
