We are seeking an instructional designer for a permanent civil service position starting 1 November 2026 (or as agreed). The position will be re-advertised. In the previous February 2026 procedure, older applications are not considered; all applicants must submit a new application according to this recruitment notice. The instructional designer tasks include responsibilities related to basic education planning and preparation/development of administrative processes in cooperation with the Director of Education and Youth. Your duties as an instructional designer include multi-faceted tasks related to basic education administration and finances, statistics, forecasts and government subsidies, preparatory tasks related to organizing education and supporting learning, and the main responsibility for Primus/Wilma school administration systems. We value knowledge of municipal administration and cultural sector, good interpersonal and cooperation skills, ability to work independently and with trust, management of complex tasks and good IT skills. The role emphasizes customer service and constructive, service-oriented cooperation with the principals of primary schools and other key partners. The eligibility requirement for the position is a suitable higher education degree. A copy of the degree certificate showing eligibility should be attached to the application.
