Area Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and energetic Area Coach to lead the operations of several KFC restaurants in Finland. In this role, you are responsible for staff development, customer experience, sales growth, and business profitability. As an Area Coach, you act as a coach, sparring partner, and guide for restaurant managers. You lead operations strongly through data, goals, and people development and build high performance together with your teams. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - You develop customer experience, staff, sales, and profitability in your area's restaurants – with a smile and the customer at the center. - You utilize customer and employee satisfaction metrics and ensure that our brand's operating methods and quality standards are visible in every restaurant. - You work closely with restaurant managers to develop culture, expertise, and KFC's career path. - You lead with a coaching, encouraging, and easily approachable manner – positive feedback is part of your daily routine. - You support restaurant managers especially in increasing sales and streamlining operations. - You ensure that personnel resources are in order in every restaurant. - You monitor and guide the achievement of result and sales targets. - You collaborate and report to the operational manager. WE EXPECT FROM YOU - Strong restaurant industry background in chain operations or managing multiple units and evidence of operational management and overall responsibility for restaurant business – fast food and drive-thru experience is considered a significant advantage. - Demonstrated ability to lead restaurant teams operationally, constructively, and solution-oriented so that well-being and successful business support each other. - Excellent analysis and decision-making skills based on business KPIs. - Ability to inspire and motivate – with your positive approach. - Ability to adapt to different situations in a fast-changing and growing environment. - Excellent Finnish and English language skills. - Readiness to move actively in restaurants and work flexibly. - Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your own working time.
