Volunteer Network Coordinator

Regional coordinator responsible for the operation and development of the volunteer network in the Päijät-Häme region. The job is diverse and varied, performed together with a partner and network members. Strong interpersonal communication skills and written and spoken expression are required, and willingness to take on organizational responsibility in large-scale tasks. A proactive, present work style, ability to act in changing situations, courage, perseverance and collaboration are needed to drive new ideas forward. Experience with volunteering is advantageous, but attitude and openness to new things are essential. Good and diverse IT skills and experience using various programs are important tools. The job is STEA-funded and currently funded until the end of 2026. Employment location is Lahti, but travel across the Päijät-Häme welfare region is required. Own car and driving license are mandatory. We follow the Private Social Services TES. Trial period is two months.
