As a personal care assistant in our home care team, you will work in clients' homes providing personalized and quality care and support in their daily activities. Your tasks may include: Assisting clients with daily activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, eating), Administering and monitoring medication, Basic care tasks, Monitoring health and supporting clients' well-being, Collaborating with clients' relatives and the rest of the care team, Documentation and reporting according to care plans, Supporting clients' safe and independent living at home.
