As a personal care assistant in our home care team, you will work in clients' homes providing personalized and quality care and support in their daily activities. Your tasks may include: Assisting clients with daily activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, eating), Administering and monitoring medication, Basic care tasks, Monitoring health and supporting clients' well-being, Collaborating with clients' relatives and the rest of the care team, Documentation and reporting according to care plans, Supporting clients' safe and independent living at home. The work is mobile, diverse, and responsible, so we value initiative, good communication skills, and genuine interest in customer work. The work is performed in shifts according to home care needs.
