Customer Manager

You will be responsible for opening new customer accounts, identifying customer needs, and assembling the right experts to solve them. You will maintain excellent customer relationships and act as a visible partner, listening and asking the right questions. You will lead and participate in projects, contributing to business growth and team success. The role involves renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, power grids, hydrogen technologies, and energy storage, working with various design experts and offering a comprehensive service portfolio. The position offers a clear career path with potential advancement to group leader or department head, with a salary of 4,000–5,000 EUR/month. The ideal candidate has a suitable technical education, experience with industrial or energy clients, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You should be comfortable in customer-facing roles, actively engaging and identifying genuine customer needs, with a desire to develop customer relationships.
