Bar Shift Manager

We are looking for a Bar Shift Manager for our client company, Restaurant Periscope, in Tampere. The position is full-time and permanent. Salary is negotiated based on your experience and skills. As a Bar Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of Europe's largest rooftop terrace during the summer and the stylish Lounge Bar during the winter. You will ensure excellent customer service, high-quality beverage offerings, and daily team management. Your tasks include designing drink menus, inventory management, and strengthening the Periscope brand. We require: Previous experience in bar work and cocktail skills, at least two years of supervisory experience, ability to work efficiently in busy situations, positive attitude and enthusiasm for developing the bar's operations, hygiene passport and alcohol service license.
