
As a Fleet Charging Sales Manager for the Southeast territory, you will act as a key revenue driver taking ownership of high-value fleet electrification opportunities across Southeast North America. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution—positioning Kempower’s modular DC fast charging solutions, software, and services to transform transit, logistics, municipal, and corporate fleets. New Logo Acquisition & Pipeline Strategy: Identify, qualify, and capture complex, multi-site fleet opportunities, executing consultative sales strategies that solve critical fleet challenges like load management, uptime, and total cost of ownership (TCO). Cross-Functional Solution Alignment: Partner closely with internal technical, product, utility, and service teams to align hardware, software, and commissioning requirements with customer site constraints and utility interconnection realities. Full-Cycle Commercial Execution: Lead multi-stakeholder negotiations, RFP/tender responses, site assessments, and executive presentations to secure master service agreements and long-term deployment contracts. WHAT HELPS YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 3–5+ years of B2B consultative technical sales experience, with a proven track record as an individual contributor exceeding quotas (experience in EV infrastructure, power electronics, fleet telematics, or energy systems strongly preferred). Strong technical aptitude with the ability to comfortably navigate discussions around electrical infrastructure, site readiness, utility interconnections, power distribution, and load management. Experience managing complex sales cycles involving formal RFPs, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and multi-site project deployments. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and deal tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% for customer site visits, depot walkthroughs, and industry trade shows.
